This is Chester!!! (A puggles?) who was surrendered by a family in Camden City, NJ because they could not take care of him any longer!!!
He is soooooooooooo friendly and loving.
The family could not afford flea medicine for him so he has a terrible skin condition on his back where the fleas irritated his skin but he will be good as new in a short time. He is loving, non aggressive with food, other animals, people or cats. He is housebroken and can even sit!!!
